Mr. Topsy-Turvy is the ninth book in the Mr. Men series by Roger Hargreaves. His attribute is doing everything an "opposite" way. There is a lot of room for interpretation of the opposite.

Mr. Topsy-Turvy presents a bit like a super-natural being. Nobody knows where he came from and nobody knows where he had gone. While it is common that Mr. Men characters have their characteristics brush off on others (Mr. Happy on Mr. Miserable, Mr. Right on Mr. Wrong and vice versa), Topsy accomplished this with a whole town and everyone he interacted with.
The difference with Mr. Muddle is that Muddle performs tasks faulty, muddled, but not necessarily opposite. Mr. Wrong simply does things the wrong way and the opposite does not have to be incorrect.
